To generate a code, click on "Generate". Copy and Paste your code into the Samoyed Data Entry Form, Incident Form or Death Report Form that you are completing.

Please use the same code in the main database as well as the

companion databases (incident and death report) for each Samoyed. 

Every Samoyed must have their own code. Please do not use the same code for more than one Samoyed.
